Our people are core to the care and services we provide and our Talent Acquisition team plays a pivotal role in sourcing and securing incredible team members that deliver care to the communities we serve.

We are now seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team to play a key role in driving high-impact recruitment and talent initiatives across the organisation. Working closely with our respective business units and rostering team, you will build a detailed understanding of current and future resourcing needs, to facilitate effective recruitment and talent pipelining. Your role will ensure efficient, compliant and candidate-centred recruitment processes that support business objectives and offer an exceptional experience for candidates and our hiring managers.

  • Proactively source and attract high-caliber candidates using diverse channels and talent pipelining techniques
  • Manage recruitment workflows and systems, leveraging our Workday recruitment system, to enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Mentor and coach TA colleagues, sharing best practices to foster a positive, high-performing team culture
  • Champion and embed diversity, inclusion and belonging principles within your recruitment execution, promoting an inclusive workplace aligned with organisational values
  • Lead or contribute to key projects and initiatives that enhance key TA metrics, talent engagement and workforce capability

A bit about you:

  • Proven experience in an internal talent acquisition role, specifically within volume hiring environments. Experience in partnering with workforce rostering teams will be highly regarded
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build trust at senior leadership levels and act as a trusted talent advisor
  • Strong understanding of and experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
  • Experience working within the Aged Care or healthcare sectors will be highly regarded
  • Proficient with recruitment technologies – prior Workday experience advantageous but not mandatory
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines independently
  • Exceptional communication skills, adaptable and collaborative, with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences

Benefits of working for RSL LifeCare:

  • Salary packaging benefits of up to $15,900 per year, helping you reduce taxable income through tax-free benefits like super contributions and car leasing
  • Staff discounts at over 700 retail stores via Maxxia Rewards
  • Leave loading (17.5% pay top-up on paid leave)
  • Fitness Passport
  • Opportunity to work alongside a passionate and supportive team dedicated to making a real difference
  • Flexible hybrid model promoting a healthy work-life balance
